This event will take place from Thursday August 20th to Monday August 24th 2009.
It will be hosted this year by Region 18, Lancashire and Cumbria, and will be based at the ** ****Hotel, which is a 4 star Premier Best Western We have managed to negotiate a fantastic deal for PCGB members, ...............
We intend to include drives in the Forest of Bowland, the Lake District, and (even!) North Yorkshire. The emphasis will be on driving, so the roads will be chosen for their interest. Use of the motorway network will only be a means to an end--to quickly get us on to good driving roads. Tulip maps will be provided, so that individuals can go at their own pace, and cut out the need for convoys.
This event is being organised in conjunction with Region 27, Northern Ireland, but is open to all members, who are prepared to travel to the centre of the British Isles, which is a place definitely on our itinerary.

Looks good to me - I've driven lots of those roads in my non Porsche fast car days and always hankered going back in the beast. As its near where SWMBO family are its likely to get executive financial controller support

Strongly interested in trip for 2. Will check with Jacqui and reconfirm.
