tps case/cap gone missing

Mines gone missing had turbo to ic pipe come free. Dropped the 6mm socket and used flat head screw driver, couldn't off done it up as well I could. Went out to do some logs pull over to check ic pipe and noticed the case was gone on tps. This can mean throttle body seals gone or going boost is blowing off the case. But if anyone got a spear case going I wouldn't mind putting one on and seeing if it happens again.
