I have recently finished rebuilding a 964. I have written to the previous owners but I haven't had one reply. The car is a bit unusual in so much it was ordered without a sunroof, LSD, M030 suspension, no air con etc. The car has had some professional engine work, the peddles have been set for heal and toe so the car has been a well love drivers car. It has lived in the Solihull area of Birmingham, before that the Didcott area of Oxon. If anyone could provide any info I would be grateful.

It's not on the Register so no help there. It's not surprising that you've had no replies from previous owners - I had the same experience will all but one of the previous owners of mine. DVLA are quite helpful (for a price) re owners and registration changes but it sounds like you might have done that already.

Sorry, can't help you with the history Nigel but what time do things kick off at Curborough on the 7th? Might try and get down to watch, say hello again.
 
We start at around 8am, the meeting will go on all day with a break for the Marshall's to have lunch at 1pm, it would be good to meet you again.
