I have been running Toyo 888's and was thinking of trying something else.
Does anyone have any suggestions?Has anyone tried Federal RSR and if so what do you think of them?

I've had both 888s and RSRs, allbeit on my old Clio 200 Cup and I really didn't rate the RSRs. They were not that progressive, the sidewalls didn't feel as stiff. I tried experimenting with pressures at circuits I know well and I just found them to not be anywhere near as good as the Toyos.

As an alternative, the R1R Toyos I had two pairs of were brilliant and provided a good compromise when wet driving on track.

Yep Pirelli pzero's are great very good grip, although have not tried on
the track.
They seem a soft tire and sticky, but wear ok.
Maybe someone has used these on the track and could give some advice.

I'll let you know after a trackday in Oct (P-Zeros) :) The only concern I have with road tyres on track is potential for overheating.

I have to say I'm very impressed with the grip on offer both in the wet and dry. I've mainly used Michelin and Bridgestones and I rate these on the Boxster unlike when I had them on an S1 Elise.
