Transferring stored NAV destinations from one PCM to another

Does anyone know if it's possible, (and if so, how), to transfer the stored NAV destinations in your PCM to another PCM unit? ie when changing vehicles.

No idea if you can copy them to a laptop etc probably easiest to write them down and load them anew, a pain maybe but gives you chance to check the new input.

If anyone else has been trying to do this, I think I figured it out.

Plug a USB memory pen in to the USB slot in the centre console, then in PCM, select each of your stored destinations in turn, select "Edit", then "send to" followed by "USB". A message pops up on the screen to say "transfer successful". Press the back button three times to go back to main stored destination page, pick the next one and repeat.

Once they're all copied to the USB, I believe you can insert that in the other vehicle, go to "stored destinations" and "open from USB". I'll let you know how that goes when the car arrives.
