Trip computer units of measurement

Hi,

Does anyone know whether it is possible to change the units of measurement displayed by the computer to metric?

Mine displays temperature in Celcius (thank goodness) but everything else in miles, gallons, etc. I would like to be able to switch to litres (who last used gallons for petrol even in the UK?!!) and km for the rest of Europe (including Ireland).

I hope someone knows!

Alistair.

please don't take this as a definative answer but afaik....... The 964's trip computer is not able to switch from km's to mph etc. You would need to change the gauge itself for a "lhd" one. Later 993 gauges do have the software to do this. What I do not know is, if the 993 gauge could be swapped into a 964 so you could have the switching functionality. I would guess that the wiring loom could be completely different for both models.
Either way you will probably dimiss the idea of buying one, they are normally (when u can find them) in the hundreds of pounds bracket.
