Hello people, have been reading up on your posts since I purchased my 944 Turbo in december and have learn't a lot about this fantastic car.
Has anyone got any info or advice about a failed tripometer reset button, I have'nt removed the instrument panel yet but am wondering how difficult this will be to repair.

Seb my trip reset has broken in my S2 . There was an excellent thread abot the repair on here a few weeks ago. Worth doing a search back on the 944 forum.
These mostly get broken because owners try to reset th trip after they have started moving. I didn't know until I read it in the handbook. You should never reset the trip counter whilst the car is moving.

Thanks paul and nick for the info and link to the Clarks Garage website. It seems quite straight forward how you repair the reset button, not sure about the crazy glue though! Hope to have a look next week when I install guage LED kit.
