Hi all, im considering buying a tubi sports exhaust system for my cayman S. Just wanted to know peoples views/experiences with these systems on their cayman? Are they good quality? whats the sound like? better than the PSE system in terms of quality/noise? I dont want something droaning on motorway journeys.

Any help/advise is greatly appreciated!

Hi I have a Tubi on my Cayman S and love it. There are loads of videos on YouTube with the sound you can expect. It is one if the louder sports exhausts available but it's also down to how you drive and not a problem on the motorway re "droning" It certainly improves the standard Cayman sound and I've had loads of comments on how nice it sounds. Thanks for getting back to me on this Jo, Ive heard quite a few clips on youtube, but you can never quite tell with these recordings as they all sound a bit different? Is this fitting a simple straight forward swap? Are there any other assembly parts/fittings required? Ive been offered a tubi system for £600 which was fitted to a cayman S for just over a 1000 miles and the guy told me that there are no additional parts required in terms of clamps etc as its just a straight swap?

hi sonny!! just a thought-as i nearly fitted a tubi 3yrs ago to my cayman as i was offered a similarly good deal-i actually went for a drive in a cayman fitted with one and decided against it-having listened to loads of youtube!! not to say you wont love it-but if at all possible(or if you live anywhere near jo!)ask to accompany a drive in her/their car-then you will be able to know its definately for you before having it fitted-as no amount of youtube can replictae the real thing(imo) best of luck dylan
