I'm offered the choice between 2 outfits for getting my ecu remapped.

AMD or JZM?

based on the original question !

AmD gets my vote.... Andy is the main Porsche man there (tell him I say hi!)

Wondrous Wayne [Schofield], Chipswizard ..........has been known to travel but one needs to find babysitter for the 6 kids ,hence doesnt always arrive ..........HE IS OUTSTANDING,DOES IT FROM BASICS UP SO GETS THE ABSOLUTE BEST POSSIBLE ,NO BOLT IN CHIPS STUFF ..............anyone want a demo 800nm?

Yes based on the original question, use Wayne. he may travel to other rolling roads, as long as they have the proper cooling for a air cooled 911.
I stopped using rolling roads for the last couple of years, as most set ups i have seen, get the 911 to hot, especially the heads, its not just a matter of fanned air to the engine, its dragging the hot air away from the engine that's as vital as air supply.
Not a problem if you are doing just a quick power run, but live remaps take time.

Totally agree Paul ,abt 12 hours on the GT2 allowing for time to cool in between runs .............................BTW notice u only got 2 stars here !!! TEE HEE................

Wayne Schofield , Chip Wizards Mob 07977 004476, wayne@chipwizards.co.uk
