Turbo 11 wheels on 2010 cayenne turbo

I need some turbo 2 21 inch wheels for
My 2010 gen 3 turbo cayenne anyone got any I have wheel extensions in black but believe I needed the wheel arch extention option any light on this ? So can I not get the 21 inch if I did not have wheel
Arch extention option from factory ????

What is wrong with the original wheels ??????
