Turbo air filter cover wanted, please

They are all the same AFAIK and the lack of response tells you that finding good ones is like finding the proverbial rocking horse poo.

if anybody has a crackered one out there I need 4 of the special screw / bolts that secure the two parts together please.

ORIGINAL: Kongsodoken

They are £160 new

Which is well worth it when you consider mine cracked and parts of it were ingested by the turbocharger which then trashed the bores.

Total rebuild cost circa £15,000 (but not everyone will go down the 3.2L route like I did [:-] )

Sounds pretty reasonable for something that will last 20 years!

On the basis that any used one will be plastic more than 20 years old, and likely to be brittle, why risk it?

I know we could use that argument to replace every part of the car, but I think there's a difference when you remove and refit parts, that increases the risk over original ones left undisturbed?
