Just get one you like the look of. Bar or PSI depends entirely on your preference for the scale, both are linear so it's easy enough to convert between the 2 should you need to. I'd expect they are all accurate enough given that they display via a needle swinging over a scale. I bought a VDO 0-30PSI gauge for mine as it was in my personal preferred scale, had a black face with white numbers and a red needle - just like the standard instruments. Coincidentally they are VDO also though that had no bearing on my choice. Arguably 30PSI is too much but I think the next one down was 0-15PSI which is too little for much over standard boost. Another brand might do 0-20PSI or 0-25PSI which would be a better range. Last thing to consider is if you want one that reads below zero (vacuum) as well as you can get that type also. There are mechanical and electric types, but most people I think fit mechanical as it's easy (just run a tube from the manifold) and I think there are two connection types; metric and imperial. That doesn't matter too much as you just get a fitting to suit.
