turbo coolant top hose help needed

Hi guys

I want to replace my top hose which is clearly showing it's age, in fact I don't think that I've ever changed this item although it may have been done back in the day when I used indie's...anyway my question is does anyone have one to hand that they could measure for me please, ID both ends and general dimensions, mine has expanded greatly so not much use for getting a size from.

Hope someone can help..
