Well I purchased the LR items many years ago - great value and they last well. They also don't distort or soften with heat.
So, to me you've 2 choices:
1. By the LR set ready made from the US and the associated shipping costs/ delay - actually not as bad as you'd think and the LR team are incredibly helpful on the phone
2. Take all the pipes you want to replace to a local silicon hose manufacturer and have they make them up for you - could be expensive tho.
Personally, I'd go 1.
