The weather held, and it proved to be a very enjoyable event.
My thanks to those of you who allowed your cars to be used for the Register Display - an interesting mix of extremely well presented cars. It' s not often that you see that many Flat Nose 930' s together (including 2 ex PCGB demonstrators), and as for turning up 2 each of 993 Turbo S and 964 Turbo S...virtually unheard of!
Outside car park made for interesting viewing too - I didn' t manage to check on Sunday, but on Saturday there was a rare 964 Turbo Cabriolet and a RHD Ruf Turbo R in addition to various other delectable cars....and we were short of cars for the stand then; they would have been welcomed with open arms! Maybe next year....

It was a great event John, we went on Saturday & there wasn' t as many Turbo' s there on the display, had a look around for you but only saw a young guy sitting in a nice 993TT.
At least the most important Turbo was on the stand.....the 996TT (in black) of course, biased me never. Anyway look forward to meeting you at another bash.

John

I attended the event on Sunday and, yes, it was a very good register display. I did hope to see you but you were elsewhere. I just wanted to ask if you had on display [or saw in the car park] a 964 Turbo 3.6. Sadly mine [1993 midnight blue/black interior] was ' parked' at GT One awaiting ' another' oil pipe.

The flatnose Turbos didn' t escape my attention either [:)]
