Turbo residuals

Hello Chaps,
What do 997 turbo owners, expect their cars to be worth after around 12 months old, with 6-7k miles on them.I notice on the OP locator, that they seem to be around the 94/95k mark, although there does not seem to have been much movement in the way of sales over the past couple of months.I know the prices being banded around the trade for a secondhand car are quite disturbing, but i think they are not a true reflection of what these cars are worth generally.Any thoughts?,regards, SIMON.[8|]

As per most 997s, about £1 per mile or £1000 per month, whichever is greatest. Perhaps worse in the first year.

Also, don't expect options to be worth even half what you paid for them come resale.

After recently trading in my last 997, I am seriously thinking of keeping my Turbo forever, and just adding to the collection as and when. Depreciation hit was a real kick in the knackers [:(]

If past experience has anything to go by, then 10-20 a year.. so don't just let it sit in the garage...

Take a look at the OPC used prices, most of those will have been purchased for 10-15K less than their current for sale price..
