Turbo S Duct wiring

Guest

New member
Got my S Ducts from MA Shaw (in the US).

But how do I wire them up - to the foglight switch or the sidelights connection?
I think that UK cars have to have sidelights, right?

What have others done (MA Shaw/OEM/Techart)

TIA

They're foglights Maurice (38w bulbs) so wouldn't they blow the fuse on the sidelights circuit??

techart...

keep both lights direct to OEM connectors...

Sundeep - Isn't there just one bulb in the techart light?

Maurice, the oem foglight connectors fit anyway. I was just concerned about the lack of a side light...

Have seen some people have wired smaller bulbs onto the sidelight connector and then used their now defuct foglight switch to override the operation of the oil cooler [:)]

Hi guys, I have the genuine Turbo s ducts and they are side lights 5 watt and plug straight into the OEM switch. The fogs are done away with and hence so is the connector. The original bulbs in the genuine Turbo s ducts/side lights are the same as in your courtessy lights.

A good upgrade is buying LED bulbs in blue, as they give off the same tint as the xenon headlights and look bang up todate.

Mine looked crap with the zenons and yellowish light you get from standard bulbs. If anyone wants the number to get LED bulbs ill post up.

I have upgraded all posible bulbs and what a difference.
