Turbo spoiler on a C4S

Was interested to see this car on Sunday: have never seen the Turbo's rear spoiler on any other car. Is/was it a Porsche option and is it available after-market? IMHO this spoiler makes the 997 Cab's rear look far more attractive.

That's just what I want for my Gen II C2S Cab so hopeful someone can offer suggestions. On a recent post it was suggested this was not available for cabrios - to be more accurate the aerokit for the Gen II is not available for the cabrios. Here's hoping someone can come up with a suggestion as I agree - this really does make the Cabrio look so much better than the standard car.

...which sounds rather like it doesn't have powered rams to raise and lower the top section. Wonder what the existing cover/spoiler does when this is fitted...

Also a slight modification will need to made to the corners of the air box as the spoiler lifting rams touch it, this can also be solved by fitting an air induction kit which allow more air and is smaller that the original air box.

...which is the OEM approach but requires modification. Shame the owner of the red C4S wasn't around at Silverstone to ask he they'd done theirs...
