Guys a question thats been asked a million times, but cant get an answer from the search!!

Rear tyres on MO30 Clubsport rims, what size should they be?

I have 245/45/16 Toyos on at the moment but I guess this is not the size the car left Porsche with.

Can anyone tell me what size it came with?

What width are your wheels?

If they are 9J (late Turbo), then 245/45 16 is the correct size. If they are 8J (S2, early Turbo), then 225/50 16.

I knew they were different to D90's but it seems its just the offset not the width.

So looks like a new pair of Toyos then as the choice in this size is limited, out of interest what make was fitted from new?

I was thinking of trying something different as I dont like the grip the Toyos give in the wet.

The 250 SE D90s are 7.5J and 9J as are the CS alloys.
S2 D90s alloys are narrower

I've just put on a full set of Toyo T1R and once I get them back properly balanced (but that's a different story) then I'll be able to see how I like them.
Some people seem very unhappy with the sidewall strength (jelly like is their description) but I don't know yet.

Running Bridgestone S-02 all round. Thankfully they are still available in 245/45 16.
