Two pieces of news

Good evening all,

Not been on the forum for a while so good to read all the posts and catch up a little on porsche life.

I have two pieces of new I felt worth sharing.

1. Speedster came out of winter hibernation well. Best past however was last Friday when the new screen arrived from Germany and it was fitted in my drive! So the car passed its MOT today and will be on the road from 1st June. Can't wait!

2. My second piece of news is that as from Saturday my daily drive will now also be a Porsche. I have longed for this day for years and today I ordered a new Boxter from Porsche Centre Leicester - 365 miles away form Monifieth in Angus - a long story - but lets just say their customer service won me over.

So new job, new windscreen, and a brand new Porsche. I also plan on taking part in more events this year as I have a little more time on my hands to hopefully meet some of you then. (I see there is a dinner coming up - worth going to??)

Best regards...Frazer

(p.s. renewed my full membership today also - wondered why the magazines stopped coming thorugh!!)

Cheers,
Chris
