The last 'thing' has got 4-stud teledials? Never seen those before (don't particularly wish to again either [:D] )

I see the 'lambo' door version is outside Sussex Performance Centre in Horsham. I wonder when that was taken.

[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]Weren't the teledials 924 Le Mans wheels, or were they 5-stud? Like you don't know more about the 924 than I ever will, or course.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]The Lambo doors car was for sale on eBay by SPC in early October 2005.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]

The 924S Le Mans has 5 stud Teledials.
I used to have a set of white 4-stud spiderwebs (same as off the 924 turbo?) that i bought from Lodgesports that were apparently off a Le Mans 924 according to them.

There was a Le Mans 924 in 1980 based on the 2-litre car, hence it had 4-stud 924Turbo multi-spoke wheels, so that would be correct.

The later Le Mans was built in late 1987 based upon the 924S, hence 5-stud wheels. But I've never seen a teledial style wheel for 4 stud fixing.

There are a few things on that last car that I've never seen on a 924 before [:'(]. What the hell is going on with that additional spoiler, not to mention the rear bumper and sills? []

It would look better if the bumper and sills were colour coded to match the 924.The spoiler's horrible.

Hi guys,

Yes I agree the yellow and bronze 924's should be scrapped, ripped apart, burnt and burried.........but,

The lambo door version looks like it's been modded quite a bit. Notice the stripped out interior, bucket seat / harness' and additional bonnet louvres. I believe the car is used as a track day car.
And so it's okay to have lambo doors they're cool - does that mean I'm a barryboy? lol

Cheers.

What advantage do Lambo doors provide? Barry mods are pointless mods. Lambo doors do not increase performance, they are heavier than standard ones and standard ones work perfectly adequately. They are pointless. They are double pointless on a car that otherwise has track-focussed mods.

You have to admit they do look cool and you can park in tighter spaces!

The hinges aren't that big and combersome, actually seen a pair on a car. Admitedly it was a chav's car!

You wouldn't accumulate rubbish in the side pockets.[:D]
