Tyre choices

I could do with some advice for replacement tyres. Porsche recommend Pirelli P6000 but they don't come in 15". I have 215/60/VR15 on the back and 195/65/VR15 on the front. Obviously would prefer matching ones but finding it difficult to source. Any thoughts? Thanks

I'd go with Camskill, or find them on www.mytyres.co.uk, who will send them either to your home or find a garage belonging to their affiliate scheme locally to you.

Try to find a tyre fitter who is respectful of classic cars because of your nice fuchs wheels- I'd be gutted if they were scratched or manhandled by a nonchalant fitter.

Best regards,

Bert

Thanks to both of you. Am being offered matching Tojo tyres but know nothing about them so will have to do some research unless anyone has a tale to tell.....

I have Toyo T1R's on mine, and find them very good for grip and low noise. I doubt wear will be an issue, as I expect I will end up replacing them by age, not mileage. I only do about 2500 miles a year in the 3.2. I have a feeling that the T1R was replaced by the T1S a year or so ago, which has a more conventional looking tread pattern.
