Tyre prices

It still amazes me the difference in prices asked for these rather important bits of rubber.

This morning a quick ring round the OPC and three local tyre shops.

All Porsche approved for the Cayenne S running on 20" rims.

Max £359.95 (Michelin) OPC
Min £180 (Bridgestone) Chessington Tyres

Yes, that is effectively half price! Even if the tyres last a few thousand miles less than the Michelins, that is one big difference.

 
I have been impressed with the mileage i get from Bridgestones in comparison to the original tyres which i think were conti's
but i am on 18 inch wheels .
