Hi all,
So ive had my 911 since June and all is well. I now am looking at replacing the fronts as they are near the end of their life (rears are good till prob mid 2021). Looking at the sizes i currently have on OEM 997 alloys (some googleing P/N 99736213701 front, 99736214105 rear) are 235/40 r18 front and 265/40 r18 rear all N spec. Now I read these sizes are incorrect according to the book, although nothing feels off. Questions i have are;
Thanks

- Why would someone choose these tyre sizes?
- assuming i change them one axle at a time, will tracking/allignment need to be adjusted too? Worth noting that there is no adverse ware and allignment was done in 2019 about 6k miles ago.
Thanks
