Currently have 165/35 on my classic GT3 10" wheels. I have been told I can fit up to 185's. Is this correct - will it effect the ride etc? Thanks for any information.

£440 inc. VAT fitted - does this seem reasonable?

Hi Richard - a Maidenhead or thereabouts question if I may, any advice on where to buy well priced tyres near to you and me? Just spotted outer part of rears seemed to have suddenly turned into slicks for me ! - six weeks ago (1600 mls) one had a puncture repair and they were fine. Admittedly I had let the pressure go down but they seemed to have gone v quickly. I guess I need to change all four even though fronts are legal? Am on Assimetricos, appreciate your advice in the Rosso v Assi's v Pilot sport debate. I need 225/40's and 295/30's ( and some sweet talking to convince Mrs Mc of this valuable investment just after Christmas!!). All contributions to the which tyre brand and 'model' debate welcome, I know it's been around before. All the best Des

Cheapest in the area is usually Bracknell Tyre & Battery (01344 411323) but be prepared for a wait, as they are always busy. I use a mobile chap - Three T Tyres - who saves me all the hassle by doing them at home or work. ([link=http://www.3ttyres.com/]http://www.3ttyres.com/[/link]). He's very competitive too. His name is Earl - tell him I pointed you in his direction. If the wear is uneven, get the alignment checked - I would recommend getting it checked every two years.
