Need 4 new boots for the CR-V [][][][]. Best price so far is £88 all in for one Bridgestone Dueler from the place in Paisley where I got the SO2's. A place somewhere near Denny has had rave reviews in the past for the cheapest tyres in the south of Scotland. Do they do big squidgy ones and who/how do I contact? I think Brian and/or Gordon was the expert on this.

Try Jim Dickson Tyres Cumbernauld old village if they do that make of tyre, say I passed on the name and mention the c*** word

I think you just have to shop around for the best deal on the day ..tried BS and put in the discount code which is 3% and they where still £58 dearer than I paid for the same tyres at KF .as said just shop around .a bit like car insurance

Ouch!

True and KF will usually price match anyway if they are not cheapest to get business

You might want to try Auchinlea tyres http://www.auchinleatyres.co.uk/ 01698-733-006
they are just off the A8 at Newhouse found that like most they would meet or better most prices

Performance Tyres in Whitecart Industrial Estate in Busby (I've not had new tyres by them on the Porsche), Glasgow is competitive. If you have perfect alloys I would suggest paying more and getting it fitted at Drivers in Glasgow.

If you are going to pay drivers approx £10 a wheel you should go down the route of supply only ..to be honest you could debate all day long who is the cheapest but it all comes down to which company is doing the best deal on the day ..i still think JD is the best around have bought about 5 sets for various cars over the years...get phoning around Richard [:D]
