Tyres for 17" turbo replica wheels

Currently have:
7.5J/17H2 (ET23) with Uniroyal 235/45 ZR17 tyres
9J/17H2 (ET15) with Fulda Extremo 265/40ZR17 tyres
Fronts probably need replaced before I put them on a car (scrubbed on inner of one to wear markers).
What size _should_ I have and what variants are acceptable and to what end?
Would it be ok to put Exeleros on the front rather than Exremos (£67 vs £94 delivered) or should I just use something else if I'm going to mix brands front and rear?
