Tyres for 2003 Box S

Hi,

I've obtained the current Porsche 'approved tyres' list for my car (list for front tyres attached).

My current Dunlop Sport 9090's are no longer approved, so I'm going to move to an alternative manufacturer. Discounting the winter tyres leaves me with 7 tyre options. I'm guessing that I'll find supporters of all of these brands - so was just wondering if members have seen sufficient earlier comment to maybe narrow my choice down just a little to a few 'favoured' brands?

Cheers,
Mike.

Hi I will soon need 2 rear tyres for my Boxster S, has anyone got any experience as to which will be best for a lot of mileage. I'm not too worried about super soft sticky tyres for road use.

Sebastian Vettel did well in the Australian GP on Pirelli P-Zeros (along with every other driver) . P-Zero Rossos have also been terrific on my Boxster S these past four years.

That sounds similar to me. I'm getting about 17k a set from new to 2.5mm (including 2 track half-days).
