Hi,

I want to get a new set of tyres for my car. I normally fit Pirelli Pzero Rossos. Anyone know where I can get a good deal? What's you opinion on tyres? Should I stick to Pirellis or try something else?

Hi, not sure where you are but Chris from Exel wheels just did me a set of N2 Michelin for my c4s around £900.00 all in fitted I thought that was good.

cheers JP

Bridgestone RE050A N1 from Oponeo. £720 delivered for all 4 for your car. Just had a pair of rears for mine from them. Really fast delivery too. My local place charges £50 to fit all four. Best all rounder tyre - if you'll excuse the pun....[;)]

They need to be - they last about half as long as the Bridgestones![;)] But those are pretty good prices all the same.

See this from a PCGB forum poster

Usual PH then! As I understand it the ONLY thing affected by non N rated tyres is the ability to get extended warranty. I find it hard to believe someone actually said you could actually be arrested for having PSS on a Porsche![:D]

I have been using MyTyres for years, and can't fault them http://www.mytyres.co.uk/ So long as you have a good local fitter who doesn't rip you off, buying tyres from these big suppliers on the net has a lot going for it. For one thing they carry huge stocks, so you get a lot of choice and you are also assured of box fresh rubber, which is not always the case buying from a local supplier who will try to nudge you towards what they want to sell. Personally I like Continental tyres at the moment, got them on all my cars, but I accept that tyre brand choice is a very personal thing.
