TYRES FOR SPRINTING

My question is; what are considered to be the softest / stickest tyres from the MSA Blue Book list1A.
As you doubtless know this list excludes 1B track focused tyres such as Michelin Cup and Pirelli Corsa.
Sizes needed are 235/40 and 295/30 x 18.
Any guidance appreciated. Thank you.
