Three weeks into 993 ownership and Im finding it hard on the cheek bones having a constant grin [].. just a couple of points , my rears have approx 1,000 miles left in them and the fronts perhaps 6,000, currently on Dunlop 9090's which seem ok at present although I haven't really pushed the car yet, I'm aware of the Pirelli's/Michelins etc , my specialist highly recommend the Dunlop's but I would like any opinions from anybody whether they are a suitable tyre for this type of car, I dont intend tracking the car but I do like tyres that do the job..
Whilst MPG isn't an issue with this type of car , I was just curious as to what MPG, people get on a tank, I do approx 50% standing / crawling traffic ( under say 30 mph ) on a 4 mile journey into work and the remainder motorway mileage .. on 60 litres my first two tanks have been 203/202 before the light came on which I think is about 14mpg , seemed about what I thought ...over to you guys
Cheers
