UK SPEC HEADLIGHTS

I RECENTLY PURCHASE A US SPEC SC AND IT STILL HAS THE US SPEC FRONT HEADLIGHTS, I CHANGING OVER TO THE UK VERSIONS A STRAIGHT SWAP and would it devalue the car in anyway?

Should be a straight swap. Keep the old ones for when you go across the channel though.

I wouldn't swear to it, but if the SC has US H5 lights then it's NOT a straight swap. The European H4 lights use a different connector at the back of the unit (which connects directly to the H4 bulb) and there is no accomodation on the US lights for the sidelight bulb (and, I assume, no wiring for it either). US cars have orange sidelights elsewhere.

I'm no SC expert since I have a 964 so I might be proved wrong.
