ultrasonic alarm bracket

hi on my 97 2c coupe on the inside of car by front screen below the sun visor
i have a ultrasonic alarm sensor,
the u shaped brackets holding the sensor have broken & ive been to opc & i have a parts listing,
but cannot find anything like it anywhere.
one thing im thinking of is that its not a porsche part
can anyone confirm if this is a std fitment or an after market item.
i have a twin button alarm door opening keyfob.

One of the brackets was broken on mine.

You can get them direct from Hamilton and Palmer who fitted the alarms for Porsche GB in the first place. I bought pair myself recently, not cheap but just glad to get some.

I have also purchased then from H&P in the past, I thought they were good value cost wise, but H&P operate a minimum price policy, I just ordered enough to make it viable.
 
You can also get them from your local OPC - just ask, they'll find the part number. As far as I recall they are only a couple of pounds.
 
Hi, I got a replacement pair of these brackets from Reading OPC - was about £1!

Thye came with the 'speaker' part ( the black cylinder with a perforated end ) included.


I think I hesitated to ask for a club member discount!

i got a pair now, from tonbridge opc
they cost £1.06 which was great the postage was .55p
just got to fit them now !
