unable to see tech articles

Hi, got my PCGB membership, added my number to profile and received confirmation e mail that my membership is upgraded however still unable to see sub forums or access tech articles - I must be doing something wrong please could somone help me !!

Hi Dave,

That's odd, as you are in the member's group, and the sub-forum is open to the member's group. I hate saying this, it always sounds patronising, but have you tried logging out and then back in? Otherwise I'll see what else might be wrong.
 
I have just checked the access to 996 tech articles and had no problem. You are shown as a PCGB member so you should have no problem. Sorry can't help further.
 
Hi

Yes its strange, ive logged out then back in several times , refreshed etc. Can see the FAQ and tech articles list but cant access anything.
