Uneven Tyre Wear and Steering Vibration

I test drove a prospective purchase at the weekend, a 993 C2S, noticed some uneven front tyre wear, insides more work than outsides and tramlining over white lines, also very noticeable steering wheel vibration upon braking. My intial thoughts were that it needs a full wheel alignment and it possibly has warped discs, what do the experts think?
 
Sounds like the suspension geometery is out. This costs about £200 I beleive, so make sure you either get this done before purchase (with proof) or negotiate it into the price. Are you have a PPI done? This would show if there is anything more serious wrong with the suspension that a simple alignment would not resolve.
 
Thanks guys, I'll get Peter Morgan on the case. I really like the car, so hopefully it's nothing too serious.
