Was coming back from sailing on Tuesday evening over the Erskine Bridge and then headed towards the airport on the A726 - great series of roundabouts on a bike! Came up behind a silver(?) 5 series BMW saloon which was following a dawdler at about 50 mph - well, all right it might have been 60! I went to pass them both but got the full Christmas tree lights treatment (red and blue) from the Beemer as I did, so pulled in between them in case he decided to pull me! Glad to say he turned off at the next roundabout. [][][][] I didn't notice the reg as I came up behind but it may have been a 10. FYI.

I encountered a similar sounding car on A82 by Loch Lomond back in April. SF07CYM I think. In very similar situation, except they did stop me, Christmas tree was my thought too. I don't want to complain too much because they did let me off after a detailed discussion on my driving[&:]
