Hi all,
Going through the options list earlier today, trying to prove whether someone's seats are leather or vinyl, (vinyl bolsters, as usual [&o] ), I found a few odd options. Does anyone have any of the following fitted? [&:]
M900 - TOURISTS CAR - was this a special edition for the early Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox band? "I only want to be with you" permanently on the stereo....
M912 - WITHOUT VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION PLATE - an option specced by people wearing camel-coloured overcoats, and parked under east London railway arches?
M719 - SPECIAL RECONSTRUCTION - As in, was used in crash-testing.....
M555 - 944S CABRIO
M556 - 944S CABRIO
M557 - 944S CABRIO - was there one? And why did it need three different option codes?
M630 - EQUIPMENT FOR POLICE - I've not seen a Police-spec 944, surprised there was a specific option for it. I'd have thought they'd be converted, rather than factory-specced.
