A friend of mine has a 1974 (G model) Targa 2.7 Carrera in absolute immaculate like new condition and as it should be was insured for £80K last year now £200K but thinks its still underinsured.

Anyone think of what it should be?

 
Hagerty have them at about that value on their insurance index at the moment and it is difficult to know any better as you don't see enough go through for sale to form a decent opinion. In addition value at this level is largely driven by correctness and provenence so not just on condition.
