Howdy all, my 944 has broke on me and cant find my tow eye to move it to my mates garage.

Any chance i can borrow a tow eye of someone so i can get it fixed? or buy one off you?

I can easily bring it back to you once its moved.

Clutch pedal has gone you see so cant really move it to my mates thats only 1-2mile away. wont go on flat bed truck because its too low.

Cheers

You checked under the space saver tyre in the back? Thats where I found mine, I'll be about sunday I should think, maybe even tommorow afternoon if you still need it.

I can't help you with the part but you should be able to drive your car without a clutch. Just start it in gear and match the revs to change gear. If you only have to drive it a couple of miles you should be fine (unless there is a 944-specific reason this won't work)

You could just buy the eye from your local OPC then you've got it for the future.

They're not expensive and as far as I remember they don't just fit 944s so they're more likely to be in stock.
