URGENT! please read

On Tuesday evening I posted an important message on the Summer BBQ topic. To date there has been no response either way so I'm having to assume most register members have already got other plans made for the August bank holiday.

If we do not receive sufficient interest in the event, regrettably we will be forced to cancel it.

Sorry, but at the moment there are only about 8 people confirmed to attend. Ideally we'd need to treble that number to make the event really viable.

I've added a few suggestions for alternatives but reuqire your input as well please.
