US Haynes manual

I have a copy but I have never used it, as it seems to bear no relation to my S2. As a rule they are generally considered to be good for only propping the door open and there's far more information available on the Clarks Garage website.

I think the US one is the only one. Useful if you want a flat surface to cut paper with a scalpel, yet to find another use for it though. The Porsche workshop manual (available as massive pdfs from various places free) is very good, and suppliments cover the later types too.

Clarks garage is an excellent resource for more complex diy jobs.

I only find the Haynes manual useful for the basic things like where is the starter motor, alternator etc. After this the images are poor and its a preoval dash car I think.
I tend to use clarks and then have a glance at the Haynes manual. Occasionally it puts things a different way which helps clarify what I thought Clarks meant!
Personally I feel its worth having as its quite cheap (ebay usually) but Clarks is much much better.
