what about this for value??6 months old 2500 miles R at www.cameronsportscars.co.uk!!!!

on sale sub £40k list £53 so with dealer cut must mean depreciation of nearly £20k in 6 months.seriously didnt expect this-the market really must be in meltdown[]

still --may persuade linda its a good time to get an "R"!!!

but yours is special alan and worth SO much more bet youre having great fun with it though-I have to say, having lost £25k in my cayman s having done only 12k miles in 3 yrs i have now done 8k miles in 7 months in the convertible and B****er the depreciation-i am just enjoing driving it all the time all the best to you and julie -hope to meet up 2012 at some do!!

Sounds bad I know but when I bought my S it was 11 months old with 2,200 miles and not a great deal less depreciation through the Sheffield OPC. First invoice was about the same as this R & I paid about £44K The moral as always is to buy it and enjoy for as long as possible. Selling early will always hurt.[&o]

agreed cant understand why anyone would sell such a stunning car so soon (unless no option of course[:(])

Well I lost £35K after 6 months on my 911 Cab. And people wonder why I bought a Ferrari. Made £10K on my 360 Spider and my 430 Spider is still the same value as when I bought it in Feb.

It says deposit taken, I saw it and wondered why it was so much cheaper than anything else in the market. If a good 'un, this is the best possible reason to drive it and enjoy !

It has Boxster Spyder wheels, the lightest wheel Porsche make and the best looking for the car IMHO. (Can you guess which wheels I have?).

i think peridot green looks fab in the flesh and those wheels set it off perfectly(imho) if i had a spare 40k i wouldve bid on it no second thoughts

Tried emailing you a few times Dylan but they bounced back, would be nice to meet up in the new year, did you see the Cayman reg trip in the new PP?

ORIGINAL: Alex Postan Difficult colour and nasty wheels = low price.
I disagree with you here. I have seen Alan Woods car in the flesh and it looks gorgeous! The black wheels and decals make up the whole balanced package! Great combintaion and really retro. Love it!

Peridot does look a strange colour when considered on a colour chart but on the Cayman it looks superb. The R is a terrific car. But everyone here knows that.

hi alan linda home email is preece572@btinternet.com that should work hopefully- i was looking at the cayman trip-will mention to linda when get home from the hospital later cheers
