Uwe Alzen just set a new qualifying record on the Nordschleife, here´s the onboard vid.

I thought they were only driven by middle aged female estate agents?

Bit of a come down after creating the sublime Alzen 965 Cup, RS, Turbo S, Leichtbau! [:D]
 
I watched that through last night. Its hard to believe its real time as it looks like the vid is on fast forward through those bends he is going so fast. Incredible.
 
I found it hard to believe how fast he was catching up other cars ...
