Vacuum Pipes advice..?

I'm currently in the process of trying to sort out the a few running issues with my car... One of the thing am I looking to do is to replace any dodgy looking vacuum pipes...

I have highlighted 2 on the picture,
The large one of the 2 looks like it is just the breather for the oil tank..? It does however still connect into the air intake system and is currently starting to crack.. is it worth replacing..?

The second smaller pipe can be seen jammed behind the oil filler... and looks shot... I have no idea where this pipe actually connects to... one side goes to the vacuum seen in the pic, the other end exits the car and goes..??

Any help and advice on this would be welcome..
