A good friend of mine has been offered a May 02 personal import Boxter with very low mileage by one of his clients and is asking my opinion of what I think it is worth? - I have no idea but thought some of you guys may be able to help me out? - I think the car has leather, aircon/climate and wind deflector but beyond that I can't tell what other extras it has.
Any help appreciated?
Regards
Dave

depends if it is a Boxster or a Boxster S. it also depends if its British specification (C16 coded) if its not then the value will be a lot less.

Here's my guess taking everything into account

Trade £20K

Private Sale £23K

Garage Forecourt £26k

Thanks - yes it is a Boxter and not an S I don't know whether its a C16 - can get him to check - its only got about 3k miles on the clock and has been "serviced" regularly which I assume means check over and oil changes.

If it's only done 3K it won't need an oil change and I reckon it would be worth a few quid more!

Nearest OPC will tell you it's spec when you give them the VIN. (on left hand corner of wiindscreen)

Low Mileage is good, but if it has yellow indicaters I doubt it is worth more than the figures I suggested.

I think that describing a car with 3k on the clock as "low mileage" is a bit of an understatement.[;)]
