I sent off the photos and details for a club valuation of my Targa 993 with a self addressed stamped return envelope. And never heard anything ever again.............................

Now the POCGB has the nerve to send me a renewal notice...............FAT CHANCE[:'(]

So have you chased up to see if your letter/photos have arrived?

It could well be you sent it to the wrong address since you have not got the Club name correct - are you sure you are talking about the same club POCGB?[8|]

Why not simply call the office? Things do sometimes not arrive, or even get misplaced. People might be on holiday even.

There's supposed to be a turnaround of a few weeks, if this has been exceeded, and you know it's been recieved, then please make the Board aware in order that it can be addressed.

Danke. - Have just printed the form myself. I will be sending this off with images for my free valuation. I didn't even know I could do this! & It is free for members...!!! Brilliant![:D]

I returned my valuation form and photos about 6 weeks ago, I followed up last week and was told there is quite a backlog, which should be cleared hopefully by the end of last week.

As yet I have not received my form or valuation back, so I will give it another couple of weeks before chasing and no doubt making a nuisance of myself again.

This is obviously a useful benefit to members offered by the club and the some insurance companies now require club official valuations.

As it is appears to be a requirement for some cars, particularly those which have a reasonably high value, it would be helpful if there could be a slightly quicker turnaround, I really hope nobody has to claim within the time it takes to complete the process.
