Value?

Sorry to be brief but I need a scale of values.

The only detail I have is that it's a 356 Cab.

Could anyone give me an idea of values to and from for:

a) A very useable A1 condition car (not concours)
b) A car needing a full resto.

Maybe there are some pointers as to certain years/specs that are more sought after?.....Sorry I know very little on 356.

Thanking you most kindly.

Hi Lee, thats a very difficult question to answer easily as there are so many variables.
age,model (theres loads of diffrent 356s) RHD/LHD, history,originality,condition.

as James says the only place to really learn more on the internet is by joining DDK forum

I know it's a very difficult question to answer and it's normally other plumbs that ask this type of question and it's normally me telling them to carry on taking the medication.

It's just that I haven't a clue what it is till I get there and I'd like to know when he hits me with a price if he's on drugs or not.[;)]

It's RHD and it's a Cab.....Whats the worst and the best case senario.

Are there many different models of Cab?

unfortunatly Yes. but it narrows it down...which helps.

i guess for a A1 condition, RHD (very rough guide) lowest i would expect to see asked would be around the £25k and highest would be a speedster which i have seen fetch anything up to £78k

[:-]guess thats not much help...i would strongly advise you to seek the help of an expert like PR services in essex to do a PPI for you. thay will advise you if its worth whats being asked.

Hi Lee,

Top end for a RHD 356 cab seems to be about 70 bags. See this months Porsche Post classified section for a comparable.
You'll need deep pockets to restore any 356, so I wouldn't want to pay more than about 10k for a pooper. Even if it was being given away I doubt you would see much of a return on the investment.

I've seen good usable cars for sale at around 30k.

Anytime you need advice on car values and the used car market in general, I'm only too happy to help [;)][:D]
