Recently bought a 2017 Macan S. Love the car but my wife was surprised to find that both the left/right vanity mirrors have no light - which should turn on when sliding the cover to reveal the mirror (as it does in my 2014 911 Carrera S). Frankly we were surprised/shocked that a Porsche for all its quality and sophistication, lacks such a basic feature, commonly found in many other "lesser" makes. Even more confusing, and not discussed as an option - but as standard equipment, the presence and use of the mirror & light appears in the owners handbook!

My in-laws changed one of their Macan's a couple of years ago after only 6 months. She couldn't get on with the manual passenger seat. When we specc'd the car there was no mention that this was manual and of course we didn't get the right guidance.
On a £60k+ car that should be standard and so should the mirror lights.
