Hi everyone, been a while since I posted. Still looking for a turbo, very interested in white but this colour seems to demand a 5-10k premium compared to other colours. Cabriolets are also hugely expensive. Anyway, Richard I know you didn't keep yours long. Is the cayman that much better? Anyway, saw a post on Xmas presents. Didn't get anything for the car but did get a Porsche golf bag, 911 tee shirt and porsche design trainers...I know, before you say it, I'm sad! Howev, they were presents so don't blame me. Hope everyone had a great Xmas and lets post photos of any turbos, white only please.
 
Oh, by the way does anyone have a Porsche golf umbrella and a Porsche golf towel for sale. May have to purchase these myself.

I had it for 3 1/2 years, which is quite a long time for me. Is the Cayman better? It is different. After three 911s I was looking for something different, and it has a very different feel to it. More agile, and great fun. I am enjoying it every bit as much as the Turbo, and some of the more modern features are nice to have on a daily driver. It doesn't have that tremendous kick in the back, but it makes up for that in other ways.
 
IMO - White 996 Turbos don;t look quite right. I love white on most cars but IMO it doesn;t quite work on the 6TT. Personal preference of cause!!
