hi,

i have recently paid a deposit on a seemingly beautiful 993 c2 and am now shopping around for a pre purchase inspection report. i am wondering what peoples experiences and recomendations are. I am swaying towards using Peter Morgan vehicle inspections and would welcome any comments on his services. I would like to keep away from JZ Machtech as these have serviced the vehicle in the past and may be biased.

My brother had his 996 inspected by Peter Morgan, and I was impressed at how thorough (and quick) the report was. The only shortcoming was that Peter didn't (or wasn't able) to do a cylinder leakage test, which is a fairly essential part of an inspection on a 993.
 
Could not agree more very indepth report with pictures and consultation over the phone once report read and digested.

Suggest you contact Peter Morgan because depending on how long the car has been for sale he may have looked it at already and will provide you a report at much reduced price.

to update..

i have just contacted peter morgan this morning and it seems he will not come to cambridge as it doesn't fall under his 'geographical area'.

can anyone suggest an outfit that is local?
